tempmate GS Data logger log files

The tempmate GS data logger automatically collects and stores information in so-called log files that your tempmate GS data logger transfers to us automatically. These are:

  • Temperature
  • Relative humidity
  • Light
  • Shock
  • Date / time
  • Location data
  • Serial number

This data is not to be associated with specific individuals. We compare this data with log files of other data loggers, in order to make an evaluation in order to provide recommendations in the form of diagrams. This data is not to be associated with other data sources. We reserve the right to review this data at a later date, if we become aware of any concrete indications of unlawful use.

Newsletter, forms, etc.

It is possible to enter personal or business data (e-mail addresses, names, addresses), such as for ordering purposes, for feedback, and, if applicable, for subscribing to newsletters. The use of the offered services and services provided by the user takes place expressly on a voluntary basis.

If you send us inquiries by means of a contact form, your information from the inquiry form, including the contact details provided there by you, will be stored with us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and for follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your permission.

If you would like to order our newsletter, we need, besides your e-mail address, the confirmation that you are the owner of the e-mail address and agree to receive the newsletter. Duration of data storage

The data processed by the controller shall be deleted or their processing restricted in accordance with Articles 17 and 18 of the GDPR. Unless expressly stated in this privacy policy, the data stored by us will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for its intended purpose and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory storage obligations. If the data are not deleted because they are necessary for other and legally permissible purposes, their processing is restricted. This means that the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes. This applies, for example, to data that must be retained for commercial or tax reasons. IP addresses of the calling pages will be deleted after 7 days.

  1. Passing on and transfer of data

In addition to the cases explicitly mentioned in this privacy policy, your personal data will only be passed on without your express prior consent if this is legally permissible or necessary. You have the right to request us to restrict processing in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR. This right exists in particular if the accuracy of the personal data between you and us is disputed, for the duration which requires the verification of its accuracy and in the event that you request limited processing in the case of an existing right to deletion instead of deletion; furthermore in the event that the data is no longer required for the purposes pursued by us but you need it for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims and if the successful exercise of a contradiction between us and you is still controversial.

You have the right to receive from us the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, current, machine-readable format in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR.

If you are dissatisfied with the processing of personal data by us, we would be pleased if you could contact our data protection officer, even  anonymously if you wish. Regardless of this, you have the right to contact a supervisory authority in the event of complaints about our data processing.

Right of objection

You have the right to object to the processing of personal data relating to you at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation, which is based, inter alia, on Article 6 (1) (e) or (f) GDPR, in accordance with Article 21 GDPR.
